The Centre for Applied Neurogenetics (CAN) is a research hub located at the University of British Columbia (UBC) that combines world-class research programs in genetics, pharmacogenomics, neuroscience and neurology for translational diagnostic and therapeutic advances in neurologic and neurodegenerative diseases. It is strongly supported by the Brain Research Centre, the Pacific Parkinson’s Research Centre, and the Department of Medical Genetics.
